To reinstall Operations Center to a Server:
Before reinstalling Operations Center software, back up the following directories under the existing Operations Center installation directory:
database: A repository for all new services, sites, scripts, and so on that are created by administrators.
config: Properties files.
html/images: Custom images.
webapps: Custom JSP Web pages.
classes/ext
A new Operations Center software installation overwrites only the following items:

To reinstall Operations Center software, save a copy of the /OperationsCenter_install_path/config/license.dat file for use during the reinstallation process.
Before reinstalling Operations Center software, stop Operations Center software and all its components, including the mosdaemon, and all servers.
