At any time, you can abandon unsaved changes to revert to the last saved drawing or the original default drawing.

To...

Do the following:

Revert to last saved drawing

Click Edit > Revert to Last Saved.

Remove a drawing and revert to the original automatic layout

Click Edit > Revert to Automatic Layout.

This reverts to the default Gradient Bubble node style and a traditional tree layout style. Everything in the drawing is removed, except for the element associated with the drawing and its first-level children. The drawing must be saved at least once for the Revert to Automatic Layout option to be available.

Clear everything and start from scratch

Right-click the background of the drawing, then select Clear Drawing.

Clearing a drawing removes everything from the Layout view, leaving it in Edit mode. However, nothing changes in the Explorer pane element hierarchy. The elements there remain intact.
