Some portlets allow information to be shared among dashboard users. For users to access a portlet, the following is required:
The user must be assigned a role that has permission to the portlet.
For more information, see Section 12.0, Portal and Site Permissions.
The portlet must be on a public page or a page governed by one of the roles the user is assigned.
