In the Explorer pane, expand the Administration root element > Adapters > Data Integrator.
Right-click an adapter definition, then select Edit Definition to open the Definition Editor.
The Definition Editor attempts to connect to the database. You can view the connection status in the bottom left of the Editor dialog box.
