Aside from communities that are created as a result of your CMS implementation being developed to represent your CMDB, there are two default workspaces that can be used to group and work with CMDB items and information. They include:
myWorkspace: A private area accessible by you only. For ideas on how you might use the myWorkspace area, see Section 8.0, Using the myWorkspace Sandbox.
Public: The “default” community that is created automatically for CMS implementations. All users can see, search, and access items created in the Public workspace area.
