To copy an SLA to create a new SLA:
In the
pane, right-click an element, then select .Under
, click .In the Service Level Agreements property page, click the
tab.Click the
drop-down list, then select an agreement.All agreement settings and objectives display in the
tab.Click
.A duplicate agreement is created.
To rename the agreement, click
.Specify a name for the agreement in the
field.Make the necessary changes to the settings and objectives.
Click
to save the new agreement.
