The November 2013 Patch Release complies to the tightened security model introduced by Oracle Java 7 Update 45, and includes the following:
A new software signing certificate.
Properties in the JNLP file are now passed using a JNLP. prefix.
Operations Center .jar file includes manifest file changes to reduce log warning messages.
