4.3 Managing Clipart Folders

You can import clipart and create folders to store these graphics. Clipart is stored under the Administration > Graphics element.

To add a clipart folder:

  1. In the Explorer pane, under Administration > Graphics, right-click Clipart (or any folder beneath it), then select Add Folder to open the Create Clipart Folder dialog box.

  2. Specify a name for the folder, then click OK.

    The new folder displays in the Explorer pane.
