8.18 Reimporting the Access Gateway Service Fails on Windows 2008 R2 Server

To fix this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the Access Gateway Service.

  2. Ensure the following:

    • The required ports are open in firewall for communication between the Administration Console and the Access Gateway.

    • Antivirus is disabled during installation of the Access Gateway.

    • The time is in sync with the Administration Console.

  3. Reinstall the Access Gateway Service.
