11.2 Troubleshooting the Identity Vault Collector

To verify that the Identity Vault Collector is working:

Verify that the Identity Vault Collector is started.
Verify that the Sentinel driver is started.
Create an account in the Identity Vault.
Open the Identity Browser in Sentinel and verify that the account information is populated in the Identity Browser.
