2.1 Using a Supported Web Browser

For iManager access and complete use of all its features, use one of the following Web browsers. Although you might be able to access iManager via a Web browser not listed, we do not guarantee or support full functionality with any browser other than the following:

  • Safari 5.1.4

  • Safari 6.0 is certified

  • Google Chrome 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, and 28 are certified

  • Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10 (Normal and Compatibility modes)

  • Firefox 4.0.1 and 9.0.1

  • Firefox 21, 22, and 23 are certified

iManager 2.7.7 does not support the following:

  • Access through an iChain server with a path-based multihoming accelerator, and with Remove Sub Path from URL enabled.

  • Internet Explorer 10 Metro user interface view on Windows 7 and 8.

For some iManager wizards and help to work, you must enable pop-up windows in your Web browser. If you use an application that blocks pop-up windows, disable the blocking feature while working in iManager or allow pop-ups from the iManager host.

If you have configured your Web browser to not display Web site images, the iManager interface might become garbled and unusable. In Firefox v1.5.x, for example, users can disable image loading from Tools > Options > Content.
