iManager 2.7.7 Patch 11 resolves specific previous issues. This document outlines why you should install this patch. Many of these improvements were made in direct response to suggestions from our customers. We thank you for your time and valuable inputs. In addition to the platforms introduced in previous releases of iManager, this release adds support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.4.
This release includes software fixes for the following components:
Issue: iManager Workstation is unable to install NICI automatically if the user had uninstalled NICI manually earlier. Also if any older version of NICI is installed, iManager Workstation is unable to upgrade the same. (Bug 1029861)
Fix: NICI is installed automatically while installing iManager Workstation. If you have any older version of NICI installed, system prompts you to upgrade NICI to the latest version.
Issue: iManager displays a warning message on the edit user object window. This occurs when the user clicks on the Cancel button without making any change to the user object. (Bug 992077)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
Issue: iManager displays empty timezone value while modifying an user attribute. (Bug 1044618)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
Issue: iManager displays an error message while checking the status log entries of the users. (Bug 1045485)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
Issue: iManager does not list the group members as set in the Object Selector under Preferences. (Bug 988525)

Issue: iManager does not display the list of available tasks once you select multiple objects in the View Objects window. (Bug 986230)
Fix: This issue is fixed and iManager displays a warning message when multiple objects are selected.
Issue: User cannot uninstall plug-ins from iManager workstation when both iManager 2.7 and 3.0 are installed on the same machine. (Bug 1037834)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
Issue: Installation of designer plug-ins (eDirectory, PKI and NMAS) fail on iManager. (Bug 990034)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
Issue: iManager displays an error message while modifying a user object if the Home Directory Path has any special character. (Bug 1039060)
Fix: This issue is fixed.
