NetIQ iManager 3.2 SP1 resolves previous issues. Many of these improvements were made in direct response to suggestions from our customers. We thank you for your time and valuable input. iManager 3.2 SP1 provides the following key features, enhancements, and fixes in this release:

This release introduces the following new features:

Updates for Dependent Components

This release adds support for the following components:

  • Azul OpenJDK 1.8.0_232

  • OpenSSL 1.0.2t

  • Tomcat 9.0.30

Operating System Support

In addition to the platforms introduced in previous releases of iManager, this release adds support for the following operating system:

  • Red Hat Linux Enterprise (RHEL) 8.1

  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 12 SP5

Resolved Security Vulnerabilities

This release updates iManager to resolve the following security vulnerability:

  • CVE-2020-9515

  • CVE-2020-9516

iManager Collector Displays an Error Message When Started with SLM for IGA

Issue: iManager Collector 2011 r5 fails to start with SLM for Identity Governance and Access (IGA). This occurs due to the mismatch in package name. (Bug 1108930)

iManager Plug-Ins that Use LDAPS Fail When Keystore File Is Generated or Re-created

Issue: When the IMKS (Keystore) file is generated or re-created, few iManager plug-ins that use LDAPS fail. (Bug 1124352)

iManager Displays an Error Message While Setting Universal Password with OSE 2018 SP1

Issue: While setting the universal password with OES 2018 SP1, iManager displays an error message. (Bug 1135218)

2.0 System Requirements

NOTE:iManager uses the modified version of XULRunner on Windows. The source code for the modified XULRunner is available under the Mozilla Public License version 2.0. If you need further assistance with any issue, contact Technical Support.

3.0 Installing or Upgrading

To upgrade to iManager 3.2 SP1, you need to be on iManager 2.7.7 P11 or higher.

IMPORTANT:This version of iManager supports only eDirectory 9.2.1 or above when both are installed on the same machine. If you are upgrading iManager 2.7.7 P11 to 3.2 SP1, ensure that your eDirectory is also upgraded to 9.2.1 before upgrading iManager.
