NetIQ iManager 3.0.3 Patch 2 Release Notes

NetIQ iManager 3.0.3 Patch 2 resolves specific previous issues. This document outlines why you should install this patch. Many of these improvements were made in direct response to suggestions from our customers. We thank you for your time and valuable input. 1.0 What’s New

iManager 3.0.3 Patch 2 provides the following enhancements and fixes in this release:

  • This version of iManager extends support for Java 1.8.0_131

  • This version of iManager supports Tomcat 8.0.44.

Resolved Security Vulnerabilities

This release resolves CVE-2017-7425. Special thanks to for finding and reporting this issue.

Unable to Restrict Network Addresses

Issue: User is unable to add a specific IP address in the Network Address Restriction list.

Fix: This release updates iManager to resolve this issue. (Bug 1030616)

2.0 System Requirements

3.0 Installing or Upgrading

To upgrade to iManager 3.0.3 Patch 2, you need to be on iManager 2.7.7.x and higher.

NOTE:To use the latest version of PKI Plug-in, you need to upgrade to the iManager 3.0 SP3.

IMPORTANT:This version of iManager supports only eDirectory 9.0 or above when both are installed on the same machine. If you are upgrading iManager 2.7.7.x to 3.0.3 Patch 2, ensure that your eDirectory is also upgraded to 9.0 or above before upgrading iManager.
