This issue is observed with certain settings on these drivers:

DB2 driver: With the Allow Loopback option set to Yes on the Publisher channel in the Indirect Triggered mode.

To work around this issue, disable the Allow Loopback option.

Oracle Driver: With the Direct Triggerless mode.

There is no workaround.
