7.6 Password Sync Status

Use the Password Sync Status page to determine if your password has been synchronized across applications. Access another application only after your password has synchronized. Accessing applications prior to completion of synchronization causes application access issues.

  1. On the Identity Self-Service tab, click Password Sync Status in the menu (under Password Management).The Password Sync Status page displays. Full-color icons indicate applications for which the password is synchronized. Dimmed icons indicate applications that are not yet synchronized. For example:
