Before configuring FIPS mode on Identity Manager Reporting and Identity Applications, you should consider the following prerequisites:
Stop the Tomcat service on the server running the Identity Applications and Identity Manager Reporting components.
Verify that the administrator can log in to the dxcmd tool on the Identity Manager Engine system.
