15.1 Upgrade Sequence

You must upgrade only one Identity Manager component at a time. Upgrade the components in the following sequence:

  1. Designer

  2. Sentinel Log Management for IGA

  3. Identity Vault

  4. Identity Manager Engine

  5. Remote Loader

  6. Fanout Agent

  7. Identity Applications (for Advanced Edition)

  8. Identity Reporting (also installs OSP for Standard Edition)

  9. Analyzer

  10. (Conditional) SSPR

  11. Identity Console

NOTE:

  • Make sure that you update Analyzer to 4.8.5 and use it with Identity Manager 4.9.

  • Standalone update of SSPR is required if SSPR is installed on a remote server.

  • Make sure to update all Identity Manager components to the latest version if running on the same server.
