On a computer running SLES or RHEL, install the GNU gettext utilities (gettext) before installing Designer. These utilities provide a framework for internationalized and multilingual messages.
(Conditional) On RHEL 7.4, install gtk2-2.24.31-1.el7.x86_64.rpm before installing Designer. For example, you can download the package from the operating system vendor website.
NOTE:NetIQ recommends you to obtain the dependent packages from your operating system subscription service to ensure continued support from your operating system vendor website.
