When you are installing Identity Applications on Open Enterprise Server 2018 SP3 version, make sure that the JRE used by the Identity Manager Engine has the required certificate to connect to the User Application. The Identity Manager drivers use Identity Manager Engine’s keystore to access the User Application. If the Roles and Resource Service Driver is unable to locate the required certificate at the target location, you may observe an error in the driver’s trace.
