You may migrate individual user object either employee or Contingent worker with relation (Position). You may also migrate other object such as job profile, job family, location, organization including cost center, company, HR Company etc. This process will update the IDV object with latest information.
Migrating user with relation:
Use iManager “Migrate into Identity vault” option to migrate individual employee or contingent worker.
Select Edit List
Select user as class and select show all attributes
Select workforce ID and wd-workerIDType and provide the required data
Wd-workerIDType can be Employee_ID or Contingent_Worker_ID
Workforce ID is the unique ID in the workday.
Select OK to migrate the worker record
Migrating job profile:
Add wd-JobProfileID in the Filter list.
Use iManager Migrate into Identity vault option to migrate job profile
Select Edit List
Select wd-Jobprofile as class and select show all attributes
Select wd-JobProfileID and provide the wd-JobProfileID of the object to migrate
Select OK to migrate the job profile.
Migrating job Family:
Use iManager Migrate into Identity vault option to migrate job family
Select Edit List
Select wd-family as class and select show all attributes
Select wd-JobFamilyID and provide the wd-JobFamilyID of the object to migrate
Select OK to migrate the job Family.
Migrating Location:
Use iManager Migrate into Identity vault option to migrate job family
Select Edit List
Select wd-location as class and select show all attributes
Select wd-LocationID and provide the wd-LocationID of the object to migrate
Select OK to migrate the Location
Migrating Organization – Cost center, company, HR company:
Use iManager Migrate into Identity vault option to migrate job family
Select Edit List
Select wd-organization as class and select show all attributes
Select wd-OrganizationID and provide the wd-OrganizationID of the object to migrate
Select OK to migrate the organization
Migrating user’s photo:
Use iManager Migrate into Identity vault option to migrate Photo
Select Edit List
Select wd-photo as class and select show all attributes.
Select wd-workerIDType and workforce ID and provide the required data.
NOTE:wd-workerIDType value can be Employee_ID or Contingent_Worker_ID. workforceID is the EmployeeID for Employee or Contractor in the workday portal.
Select OK to migrate the Photo.
