Identity Manager and Identity Manager drivers must be activated within 90 days of installation, or they shut down. You can activate Identity Manager products to a fully licensed state at any time.
To activate Identity Manager products:
Purchase the appropriate licenses.
Generate a Product Activation Request.
Submit the Product Activation Request to NetIQ.
Install the Product Activation Credential received from NetIQ.
