Log in with an administrator account to the computer on which you want to install Designer.
Download the Identity_Manager_4.7_Windows_Designer.zip from the NetIQ Downloads Website.
Extract the Identity_Manager_4.7_Windows_Designer.zip file.
Run the install.exe file.
Follow the steps in the wizard until the installation process completes.
