Type: Type of the entitlement.
Value: The user account ID value that uniquely identifies this account in an application, which can appear as email address, name, or global identifier.
Managed System: The name of the managed system.
MS Account Status: The status of access to the managed system.
Validity Period: The duration that the entitlement is valid.
