14.0 Manage the Organization Chart

The organization chart represents a user’s placement within the organizational hierarchy. You can view your own status or search for other users. To find a user’s contact information, select Show Quick Info. You can also view more information about a user, such as assigned roles and resources.

By default, Security Administrator and Provisioning Administrator can view the organization chart for all the users in the system. You can navigate to the organization chart in one of the following ways:

  • Go to People > Organization Chart, this page displays the organization chart of the logged in user. Type the name of other users in the system in the search bar, to find the organization chart of other users.

  • Go to People > Users and select any user from the list and click that is beside the user name.

NOTE:You should have Org Chart access to view the Organization Chart. Contact your administrator to provide this access. For more information about this software product, see the NetIQ Identity Manager documentation.
