To initiate ndsrep, which is a one-time process:
Ensure that the .ntf files have the right settings (permissions).
Start the Identity Manager driver for Lotus Notes and let it poll once (heartbeat).
This creates the dsrepcfg.nsf file.
Execute the following command to load ndsrep:
load ndsrep instance
The instance is available in dsrepcfg.nsf, after you have started the driver. Typically, the instance name is the driver name in capital letters.
