6.0 Configuring OpenText Identity Manager Engine in FIPS Mode

To configure FIPS Mode on OpenText Identity Manager Engine, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to OpenText Identity Console.

  2. Go to IDM Administrator and click action menu of the driver set.

  3. Navigate to Driver Set Properties > Driver Set Configuration > Java Environment Parameters.

  4. In the JVM Options enter the following:

    -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=C:\NetIQ\Common\JRE\lib\security\cacerts -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=changeit -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=BCFKS

  5. Click the Save button.

  6. Restart OpenText eDirectory.
