This report shows all password status changes for users within the Identity Vault.
This report does not provide information about how the password changed (for example, from a User Application Password Change operation, or a User Application Forgot Password operation) in this report. Therefore, it will only show that ablake changed her password on 11-Jan-2012, but will not indicate what caused the change. If you want a report to show how a password changed, you need to create a new report and a new view.
To use this report (or any event-based report), you must enable events from the Identity Vault to reporting. You can accomplish this by using OpenText Identity Console. Log in to OpenText Identity Console and select Auditing. Select an NCP Server you want to monitor, and then click OK. Select the event category, then the events for which you want to log events. In this case, select Security Events > Change Password.
