A wizard is a graphical interface that helps you build something in Designer. For example, the Add Policy Wizard enables you to create, copy, and link a policy. As another example, Designer allows you to create entitlements through the Entitlement Wizard, which steps you through the creation of entitlements by asking a series of questions about how the entitlement will be used in the enterprise. Because of this graphical interface, we recommend using Designer for creating and editing entitlements.
