Use the following checklist to verify that all of the steps are completed to install and configure Sentinel with OpenText Identity Manager.
Install and configure Sentinel. We recommend that you install OpenText Identity Manager and Sentinel on different servers. For more information, see the Sentinel Installation Guide.
Install and configure the Sentinel Universal CEF Collector. For more information, see Section 3.0, Installing and Configuring the Sentinel Collectors.
Install and configure the Syslog Connector. For more information, see Section 4.0, Installing the Syslog Connector.
Configure OpenText Identity Manager components to use Common Event Format (CEF).
For more information, see Section 5.0, Configuring OpenText Identity Manager Components to Log Audit Events in CEF Format.
Configure the Sentinel Control Center to access the predefined reports for OpenText Identity Manager.
