WARNING:Use this feature cautiously. Disabling archiving deletes all data from your archive database. Ensure you have previously backed up your data in your company’s archive system before disabling Identity Governance archiving.
Archiving processes might slow down your operation processes. To prevent this, Global Administrator or a Data Administrator can disable archiving temporarily and then reactivate archiving by selecting Disable Archiving and Enable Archiving. Disabling archiving not only clears all data from the archive database but also deactivates triggers that capture updates to the operations database.
