This release of the Identity Console comes with the following new features:
Custom Forms feature simplifies and reduces the time to create multiple objects. Use the Custom Forms feature to dynamically create tasks for your most frequently used operations. Several Tasks can be performed on a single screen without navigating to multiple screens. For more information see: Managing Custom Forms.
Identity Console has simplified the procedure to customize the UI. The header, the company’s name, the colors, and the logo can be customized directly from the home screen. For more information see: Customize the Home Screen.

Identity Console 1.7 includes the following software fixes:
The Contextless-login script is enhanced to store the passwords that have special characters. (Defect: 640064).
To manage permissions as expected, the Modify User, Set Password, and the User Management features in RAC are improved. (Defect: 637083).
Identity Console is enhanced to handle the association values that contain a hash symbol (#). Now, the Identity Console resynchronization does not break existing associations. (Defect: 734021).
Enhanced the permissions on the keys.pfx and the SSCert.pem. The certificates copied into the Identity Console configuration are now owned by the NDS user. (Defect: 533005).
Identity Console returns with the appropriate objects. Searching the user objects in the context browser is working as expected under DN Management > Rename Object. (Defect: 658029).

Log in to the Software License and Download page and follow the instructions provided on the page to download the software. NetIQ provides a tar.gz or .zip file to install Identity Console.
