18.3 Removing a User’s Access to Cloud Manager

To remove a user’s access to Cloud Manager, you delete the user from the Novell Cloud Manager user group in your LDAP directory. This prohibits the user from logging in to Cloud Manager.

Removing a user from the LDAP user group does not remove the user’s Cloud Manager account. You must manually delete the account in Cloud Manager. Before deleting a user account, you should be aware of the following::

To delete a user account in Cloud Manager:

  1. In the Cloud Manager console, click Business Groups, then click the Users tab.

  2. Select the user you want to delete, then click Delete.

  3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
