In the Cloud Manager console, click Host Groups, then click the Host Groups tab.

Select the host group you want to delete, click Delete, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.

If the host group is associated with a service level, you receive a message informing you of the association. You can go to the Service Level list to see which service level is associated with the group.
