As a Cloud Manager administrator, you have full rights to all business services in your system. However, to create a business service, you must add yourself to a business group. Adding yourself to a business group limits your object access to the scope defined for the group and enables you to create business services appropriate for the business group. After you have requested the business service, you should delegate the service to another user in the business group and then remove yourself from the business group.
