6.5 Installing MobileAccess on a Mobile Device

Once an administrator has enabled and configured the MobileAccess tool in the administration console, users must install the MobileAccess app on supported mobile devices before they can access SaaS, SSO, or proxy applications that have been configured for mobile access. If users do not yet have the MobileAccess app installed, they are prompted to do so and redirected to the App Store.

NOTE:Access to the administration console from mobile devices is not supported.

After users install the NetIQ MobileAccess app, they should also register their mobile device. For more information, see Section 6.6, Registering a Mobile Device with the Appliance.
