You can import retired workload templates or make change requests for them. However, the template is no longer available for creating new workloads. New workloads based on retired templates will fail to provision. You can select this option when you create a workload template in order to hide it from being used at this time.
Select Catalog.
On the Workload Templates tab, select the workload template, then click Edit.

Double-click the template.
On the Edit Workload Template dialog, select Retire this workload template.
Click OK to confirm the change.
