B.4 (Optional) Removing the Native IPAM Module

You can enable the native IPAM module (cloudmanager-ipam-native-integration-plugin) along with Nixu NameSurfer without causing conflicts for Cloud Manager. However, if you prefer, you can remove the Cloud Manager IPAM module when you use Nixu NameSurfer.

To remove the native IPAM module:

  1. From the karaf command line, enter

    feature:uninstall cloudmanager-ipam-native-integration-plugin

To prevent the native IPAM module from being installed when Cloud Manager is reloaded:

  1. Open the /opt/netiq/cloudmanager/etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file in a text editor.

  2. Remove cloudmanager-ipam-native-integration-plugin from the list of features inthe featuresBoot property.

  3. Save the file.
