After you install the Cloud Manager Orchestration Server and configure its components, you are ready to preparing it to receive information about the VMs it discovers in your vSphere Server environments. The Cloud Manager vSphere Provisioning Adapter (vsphere) detects changes that occur in the vSphere Server environment and synchronizes many of them to the Cloud Manager Orchestration Server, which in turn communicates them to the Cloud Manager Application Server and ultimately to the Web Console.
