NetIQ Client Login Extension 4.3 Service Pack 1 Release Notes

NetIQ Client Login Extension 4.3 Service Pack 1 (4.3.1) resolves some of the previous issues. NetIQ Client Login Extension 4.3.1 improves usability and functionality. This document outlines why you should install this version.

The Title of the Client Login Extension Enrollment Window Is Not Customizable

Issue: The enrollment window title is not customizable in Client Login Extension. The default title is NetIQ Password Manager. (Bug 1070666)

Fix: With this release, the ProdTitleText registry key is added to the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Novell\MsPssGina registry to customize the enrollment window title.

Client Login Extension Installer Displays An Error Message

Issue: Client Login Extension displays the Logon failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer error message during installation. This issue occurs when Microsoft System Center is used to install Client Login Extension on a system with a user logged-in. (Bug 1088770)

Fix: With this release, the CLECredentialProvider.dll file is modified to fix this issue.
