13.20 Warning—Call Script Import Conflict

You attempted to import a call script with the same name as a call script that is already in the VoIP Quality assessment. Click Yes if you want to replace the existing call script with the one you are trying to import.

Otherwise, click No and rename the script you want to import. Or click Cancel to stop the import operation. Then open another assessment—an assessment with or without results, or a new, blank assessment—and try to import the script into that assessment.
