2.1 System Requirements

For the latest information about supported software versions and the availability of module updates, visit the AppManager Supported Products page. Unless noted otherwise, this module supports all updates, hotfixes, and service packs for the releases listed below.

AppManager ResponseTime for Exchange has the following system requirements:

Software/Hardware

Version

NetIQ AppManager installed on the AppManager repository (QDB) computers, on all console computers, and on the client computers where a version of Microsoft Outlook is installed (from which response time monitoring will take place)

8.0.3, 8.2, 9.1, 9.2, 9.5, or later

One of the following AppManager agents are required:

  • AppManager agent 7.0.4 with hotfix 72616 or later

  • AppManager agent 8.0.3, 8.2, 9.1, or later

Microsoft Exchange Server

One of the following versions:

  • Exchange Server 2019

  • Exchange Server 2016

  • Exchange Server 2013

  • Exchange Server 2010

    NOTE:Use Outlook 2007 or later with Exchange 2013 and Exchange 2010.

  • Exchange Server 2007

  • Exchange Server 2003

Microsoft Outlook on the client computer (the computer where you will install the AppManager agent and the ResponseTime for Exchange module)

One of the following versions:

  • Outlook 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit)

  • Outlook 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit)

  • Outlook 2013 (32-bit or 64-bit)

  • Outlook 2010 (32-bit or 64-bit)

  • Outlook 2007

    NOTE:If you are using Outlook 2007 with Service Pack 2, install the Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (KB972363) on the computer where Outlook 2007 resides.

  • Outlook 2003

Microsoft Windows operating systems on the client computer

One of the following versions:

  • Windows Server 2019

  • Windows Server 2016

  • Windows Server 2012 R2

  • Windows Server 2012

  • Windows 10 (64-bit)

  • Windows 8.1 (32-bit or 64-bit)

AppManager ResponseTime for Exchange Online has the following System Requirements:
