Use this Knowledge Script to monitor UNIX paging activity. If the size in KB paged‑in or paged-out per second exceeds the threshold you set, AppManager raises an event.
UNIX computer on Solaris, Linux, and HP-UX (not supported on AIX).
The default interval for this script is Every 10 minutes.
Set the following parameters as needed:

Specify a threshold for the maximum size in KB for page-out swaps per second. The default is 200. |
Event severity level |
Set the event severity level, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of the event. The default is 5. |
Event severity for internal failure |
Set the event severity level, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of an event in which this job experienced an internal error. The default is 5. |
