If the SQL Server instance or Availability Group Listener is configured to a non-default port, you can determine the port and use the same port in the AppManager Security Manager so that the discovery is successful.
To determine the non-default port for a SQL Server:
Run the SQL Server Configuration Manager.
Select the SQL Server Network Configuration.
Select the instance for which you want to determine the port.
Right-click the TCP/IP protocol and select Properties.
Click IP Addresses.
In IP All, see the port number in the TCP Port field.
To determine the non-default port for an Availability Group Listener:
Expand the Availability Group Listeners node.
Right-click the listener, and select the Properties.
In the Port field, see the port number.
