Use this Knowledge Script to monitor the status of the Dell power supplies. This Knowledge Script raises an event if the power supply is not operational. The Dell server defines the status for normal, degraded, and failed operation.

Event severity for SNMP or Dell Managed Node failure |
Set the event severity, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of an event in which the SNMP service or Dell Managed Node failed. The default is 10. |
Event severity when SNMP restored |
Set the event severity, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of an event in which the SNMP service has been restored. The default is 10. |
Event severity when power supply failed |
Set the event severity, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of an event in which the power supply failed. The default is 10. |
Event severity when power supply degraded |
Set the event severity, from 1 to 40, to indicate the importance of an event in which the power supply has a status of degraded. The default is 20. |
