What's New

This release of AppManager for Cisco CallManager Express provides support for CallManager Express version 4.2, also known as Unified Communications Manager Express. With this release, AppManager now supports the following versions of CallManager Express: 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.3, 3.4., 4.0, 4.0(2), 4.0(3), 4.1, and 4.2.

As of AppManager 7.0.1, NetIQ no longer provides Knowledge Base content for AppManager Knowledge Scripts. You can continue to find information about any Knowledge Script in the AppManager Help.

Contents of the Download Package

AppManager for Cisco CallManager Express includes a managed object, qCCMEa4.dll, and Knowledge Scripts to discover and monitor CallManager Express resources. The download package also includes this ReadMe, a management guide, Help for Knowledge Scripts, and several files that are used during installation and/or Control Center deployment:

When you download AppManager for Cisco CallManager Express, these files are copied by default to the Program Files\NetIQ folder on the download computer. You should copy these files to \windows_installation\setup\Setup Files directory on the same distribution computer on which you saved your main AppManager 7.0 software and documentation. By doing so, you maintain all AppManager software in one location that is easily accessible when you want to add more repositories, management servers, or agents.
