To modify a severity mapping level, delete the severity mapping you specified earlier.
To delete a severity mapping:
On the AM to Netcool Severity Mapping tab, select the severity mapping you want to delete.
Click Delete Selected Severity Mapping, or click Clear All Mappings to delete all the severity mappings.
