The Dashboard ships with many default portlets that can be added to a Web page to add content to the page. You can disable portlets or restrict their use based on user permissions. For more information, see Section 3.12, Granting or Denying Access to Portlets.
The Dashboard includes:
A library of standard Liferay portlets, including basic page navigation features.
For more information about the Liferay portlet library, see the Liferay 6.2 documentation. Some portlets might require the installation of third-party software; check the software documentation for more information. For support for any third-party portlets, including Liferay portlets, contact the vendor that provided the portlet.
Operations Center portlets that expose Operations Center Service Management content, such as alarms
