As with any Web site or portal, there are two main phases to using the Dashboard:
Install and configure the Dashboard.
Build and maintain the Dashboard portal.
When building a dashboard portal, the two primary considerations are users and content:
Users: The Dashboard uses the same user accounts as the Operations Center server and users must have permissions in Operations Center to access that information in the Dashboard.
Content: Content is distributed to users through personal pages or shared pages. Personal pages belong to a single user only. Shared pages can be accessed by members of a site.
