By default, the BSL and the Configuration Console must be running on computers in the same domain or in domains that trust each other. If you have users that need to run the Configuration Console on a computer that is not in a trusted domain, you can configure the BSL to use SOAP 1.1 to communicate securely with the Configuration Console.
